When I built this last night, I had actually meant to use this house for one of the Sou siblings, but suddenly I came in doubt. I mean I really like the floorplan and the overall looks of it… I just am not sure at all. 

Instead of just leaving it, I’ll give it to you as a small follower gift.

Small info:

• It’s built on one of the six harbors on Legacy Island III where the Sou’s are living
  
• In addition to statement above, it can be placed pretty much anywhere you like. It looks better close to water tho..
• I kept it rustic with a touch of modernity
• It is ‘basic’ furnished - a bit like a starter home
• The price is roughly §64,000 - fully furnished

You are allowed to:

• Repaint everything - floors, walls, windows and doors alike
  
• Refurnish the whole thing to your liking
• HAVE FUN ♥
• Tag me so I can see this in your game. (which I would love to!)
